Troubleshooting - Unable to send email from an Apple device<\/h3>

When the application is used on Apple equipment, exporting session reports by e-mail requires the Apple ‘Mail<\/strong>‘ application to be installed and configured with an e-mail account. If you notice that nothing happens when you request an export by e-mail, please check the steps below.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row content_placement=”top” parallax=”content-moving”][vc_column width=”1\/4″][vc_single_image image=”484″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

#1 – If the ‘Mail’ application is not already installed on your IPhone\/IPad, download it from the appstore ( link: https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/en\/app\/mail\/id1108187098<\/a> ). If the ‘Mail’ application is already installed, proceed to the next step.<\/p>\n

#2 – Check in the Settings page of your iPhone\/Ipad that the Mail application appears. Select ‘Mail’<\/strong><\/p>\n

#3 – In the Mail application Settings<\/strong>, select “Accounts<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

#4 – Set up an account for the “Mail<\/strong>” application, which will be used to send session reports.<\/p>\n
